A villa, which was 42,000-square-foot in Emirates Hills was sold for AED100 million (US$15.5 million) in the year 2017. It was categorized as the costliest property transaction that was ever recorded for this area.

“The most famous price point is AED30 million (US$8.1 million),” Ms. Bush said. “Homes priced between AED20 million and AED 40 million (US$5.4 million and US$11 million) are a property” “sweet spot,” Ms. Williamson said.
