Today the AS Monaco star, Fabinho officially became Liverpool first signing of the summer after a deal was reached and agreed by both club for a reported fee of €39 million.
In the deal, it was also stated that he will join Liverpool from AS Monaco officially on 1st of July.
The creative and talented midfielder was born on 23rd of October 1993 in Brazil at his home town called Campinas.
Fabinho, began his football career from Brazil where he first played for Paulina FC nearby Sao Paulo before joining Fluminense.
His creative and talented ability to play in any position on the pitch has made his football career a success and that is one major reason Liverpool never hesitated in getting this deal done.
He was one of the key players that has kept Monaco going in France and due to his versatility on the field, it was indeed important for this signing.
During an interview section with his new club,
Fabinho told Liverpoolfc.com: “I am really excited about this move.
“This is something that I always wanted – this is a giant of a team. The infrastructures of the club look exceptional.
“A football club of this size coming after my services, I didn’t have to think that much about coming over.
“I will try to create my own history at this football club. Hopefully, on a personal level, I’m able to win titles with this club.
“I will try to grow and learn and improve myself, and to be part of the club’s history.”
Fabinho, who has four caps for his country, becomes the club’s first signing of the summer transfer window.
