Arsenal’s new signing, Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang Shines As Arsenal Defeats Everton (5-1) in full Arsenal debuts on Saturday evening week 26, EPL game.
Arsenal fans couldn’t have asked for a great start from new signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, as the former Manchester united provided three assists in his first start – including one that gave Aubameyang his first Premier League goal – in a 5-1 victory over Everton at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening.
Mkhitaryan’s beautiful work on the pitch was greatly impacted as he provided Aaron Ramsey with two opportunities to score, which the Welshman did not waste as he recorded his first hat-trick. It makes Ramsey the 20th player to do so at Arsenal, more than any other team can boast in the Premier League.
It was really a day of celebration for the team and fans, although not for Theo Walcott who came back to his old club and left been defeated despite putting in his best in the game.
One may wonder the kind of tactics Wenger used in destroying a very strong Everton despites selling great players in the likes of Sanchez to Man Utd, Theo Walcott to Everton and Olivier Giroud to Chelsea.
With the sale of this great players, so many fans had been predicting a weaker Arsenal but from the display we saw today evening game, it shows that a good coach is always a good coach with the ability to make changes whenever the needs arise.
Congratulations to Arsenal for the the points earned today.
