Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang sets new record

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang set an impressive club record in their recent 3-2 win over Southampton.

Stats show that the marksman has now been involved in more goals in his first seven Premier League games than any other player in Gunners history, having registered six goals and one assist within that period.

The Gabon international also became the first player in Arsenal’s history to net five goals in his first six Premier League appearances when the former Borussia Dortmund ace scored a brace in their emphatic 3-0 victory over Stoke on April 1.

Aubameyang undoubtedly appears destined for greatness at the Emirates despite a slow start to his career at the English side on account of being cup-tied in the Europa League, which has admittedly slowed down the talisman’s integration into Arsene Wenger’s squad.
