DOING THE “RIGHT THING” IS A WASTE OF TIME

They said you should post daily on LinkedIn, twitter and Facebook. You did it.

They said you should create a program to sell to your audience. You created it.

They said you should pay for ads. You paid for them. (You don’t need ads)

They said you should start a blog. You started it.

Then why don’t you have any clients? Or why are they so few?

Why is each month the same as the last?

It’s pretty frustrating to work so hard and still get nothing. It seems like everyone is doing so well except you. Yup. I’ve been there.

But weren’t all those steps correct? Weren’t they the right things to do?

This is a very important question to ponder at, especially when you have gone through all this and yet no results.

There’s nothing wrong with those steps. But you did neglect the most important part of the equation – clarity on your message and your ideal client.

The correct marketing strategy starts with getting clarity on:

What exactly to say and share.
Who exactly you should create your offers for so that’s it speaks directly to their needs.
How to reach your ideal client without having to post ALL the time.
If you don’t know who your target client is then “doing the right thing” is a waste of time.
It’s alway better to be productive than busy so stop wasting time and take these steps:

Step 1: Ensure Your offer Solve a Problem.

Step 2: Extend The Right Offer To Your Ideal Client.

Step 3: Focus on Social Media Networks Where Your Ideal Client Hangs Out

Step 4: Create Engaging Content To Get Noticed.

Step 5: Identify Business Opportunities Through Social Media

Step 6: Engage Instead of Ignore.

What else can you add to these steps? Are you doing most of them? Comment below.
