Chelsea manager has on Friday denied a rumour roaming round the media that he may resign this year and go back to Italy to replace Gian Piero Ventura on Italy’s vacant bench who was was fired after Italy failed to reach the World Cup finals for the first time since 1958.
According to the newly appointed Italian FA commissioner Roberto Fabbricini, on Thursday announced that he has made his nomination to replace the sacked Gian Piero Ventura, who couldn’t do well and below are his nominations;
Former Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini, currently in charge of Zenit St Petersburg, Carlo Ancelotti, who is available after being sacked by Bayern Munich, and Nantes coach Claudio Ranieri, who led Leicester City to the Premier League title in 2016 were his nominations, with a recent inclusion of Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte according to media speculations.
Although Chelsea manager has declared that he doesn’t have any intention to quit his job at Chelsea until he completes his contract come 2019.
Already there has been so much pressure from the media and fans over Wednesday 3 – 0 defeats to Bournemouth and the way the club is drastically dropping points and moving from the 3rd position to 4th on the table .
